ID(s) or passport(s) for you and anyone youll be living with.2.
Most recent payslip or proof that youre still in education.3.
Debt collection register statement.
This is voluntary.4.
Three selfies of your face from the front and both sides.
Well use this to identify you in case you forget or lose your phone, or if the battery dies.
This is voluntary.Once EMIL has reviewed the documents youve uploaded and everything is okay, your rental agreement will be drawn up: EMIL will send you the rental agreement electronically and ask you to print it out and check it.
If you agree to the rental agreement, then please sign and scan it (or carefully take a photo) and send it back to EMIL.
Please also send the signed rental agreement back to EMIL via POST.
EMIL will then ask you to pay a security deposit.
